Do I have to book the entire project estimate?

No. Your project estimate is designed to give you a realistic understanding of how much time and investment it may take to accomplish your goals — it is not a requirement to purchase that number of hours.

Armonia Home does not require organizing packages or ask clients to commit to a set number of sessions upfront. All sessions have a three-hour minimum, but beyond that, you can book as much or as little support as you'd like.

For larger projects, we can also prioritize your scope so you can start with the spaces or tasks that matter most and decide later whether you'd like to continue.

How much does professional organizing cost?

Armonia Home's standard organizing rate is $70 per hour, with a three-hour minimum per session.

Before beginning your project, you'll receive an estimated range of hours and anticipated cost based on your consultation and proposed scope of work. The estimate helps you understand the potential overall investment, but you are not required to book or pay for the entire project upfront.

We believe professional organizing should be as accessible and flexible as possible. If you would benefit from spreading a larger project out over time or need additional flexibility around payment, please reach out and ask about flexible payment options. We're happy to discuss what may be possible for your project.

Any organizing products or other project expenses are absolutely not mandatory and are only included if desired. If you are interested in product recommendations we will discuss this separately so you'll know about those costs before purchases are made.

Can I spread a larger project out over time?

Absolutely. In fact, we often recommend a phased approach for larger projects.

You might start with the space creating the most stress, complete one three-hour session, or tackle one project phase before deciding what you'd like to do next. There's no requirement to complete your entire home — or even an entire project scope — within a particular timeframe.

We'll help you prioritize the work so that the time you choose to invest is focused where it can make the biggest difference.

Why doesn't Armonia Home offer organizing packages?

We believe organizing support should be tailored to the household rather than built around a predetermined number of hours.

Every home, budget, schedule, and project is different. Instead of requiring you to purchase a package, we'll provide an estimate so you can understand the likely scope of your project and then allow you to decide how much support makes sense for you.

The only minimum is three hours per organizing session. After that, you're in control of how and when you'd like to continue.

Can you hold a date for me while I decide?

We're happy to discuss potential session dates and share current availability while you're considering your project. However, dates are not reserved until your service agreement has been signed and your deposit has been received.

Because availability can change quickly, a date discussed during your consultation or included in follow-up communication should be considered tentative until those steps are complete. If another client completes their booking first, that date may no longer be available.

Once your signed agreement and deposit are received, your session date is officially reserved for you.

Do you offer recurring on ongoing organizing support?

Yes! Not every client needs—or wants—a defined organizing project with a clear beginning and end.

Armonia Home offers recurring sessions for clients who would like regular support maintaining their home, tackling projects as they arise, or simply having dedicated time on the calendar to stay ahead of household clutter and organization.

Recurring support can also be a great fit if you know you need help but aren't quite sure where to start. Rather than defining an entire project upfront, we can use each session to identify what's creating the most friction in your home at that moment and focus our time where it will be most useful.

Depending on your needs, a recurring session might include resetting existing organizing systems, decluttering problem areas, managing items that have accumulated, rotating children's clothing or seasonal items, reorganizing a space as your household needs change, tackling a project you've been putting off, or simply working through your current household organizing to-do list.

Sessions can be scheduled at a frequency that works for you, subject to availability, with the same three-hour minimum per session. There's no requirement to purchase a package or predetermine exactly what we'll work on each time.

Think of it as having a professional organizer in your corner when you need one.

Does Armonia Home offer discounts, sales, or promotions?

From time to time, Armonia Home may offer special promotions, introductory rates, referral incentives, or other limited-time discounts.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional rates apply only to services booked during the specified promotional period and are subject to the terms of that particular offer. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined or applied retroactively to previously booked or completed services.
