Photos are always helpful and give us a better sense of your space before we meet.

Next, we'll meet for a free 30 min consultation to talk through your goals, priorities, routines, timeline, and any challenges you're experiencing in the space.

This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and for us to determine the type and amount of support that will be most helpful.

After the consultation, you'll receive a customized project scope with recommended services, estimated organizing hours, and anticipated cost.

Your estimate is a planning tool — not a commitment. Armonia Home intentionally does not require clients to purchase a set package or commit to the full estimated project upfront. You decide how much support you'd like to book and can move through your project at a pace that works for your household and budget.

All organizing sessions have a three-hour minimum, but beyond that, you're welcome to book as much or as little of the recommended scope as you'd like. Larger projects can also be divided into phases so you can tackle your highest-priority spaces first and decide when you're ready to continue.

Ready to get started? You'll receive a service agreement outlining the details of working together. All projects over 6 hours require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to 1 hour of labor. The deposit is credited back on the final hour for work across a single project.

Once your agreement is signed and your deposit is received, we'll schedule your first organizing session. Signing your agreement does not require you to book every hour included in your project estimate. You'll continue to have flexibility over how many sessions you'd like to schedule and can always add more!

During your session, we'll physically work alongside you to sort, edit, categorize, organize, and create practical systems for your home.

Depending on your project, we may also recommend or source organizing products, help identify items for donation or disposal, reorganize existing storage, label systems, or develop routines that make your newly organized space easier to maintain.

Our goal isn't to create a picture-perfect home. It's to create a home that works better for the people who actually live there.

At the end of each session, we'll review what we've accomplished and identify any remaining action items or recommended next steps.

If there's more you'd like to tackle, you can schedule another session when you're ready. There's no package to use up and no obligation to complete the entire original estimate. Whether you need one session, a few sessions over time, or ongoing support throughout your home, we'll work at a pace that makes sense for you.
