I'm Shayna, founder of Armonia Home, a professional home organizing service based in Washington, DC.

Armonia grew from my own experience of navigating a major life transition. As I adjusted to new motherhood and an unexpected career change, I found myself craving more cohesion, calm, and ease at home. Creating thoughtful systems in my own space gave me something I could feel immediately: less friction, less mental clutter, and a home that better supported the season of life I was in.

That experience became the heart of Armonia: helping others create homes that bring a greater sense of ease to everyday life.

Organization, backed by project management expertise

Before founding Armonia Home, I spent more than a decade working in the federal government and management consulting, where I managed complex programs and projects valued at more than $20 million.

I'm also a PMP-certified project manager, and I bring that same strategic, thoughtful approach to every Armonia project.

Because organizing a home isn't just about making things look tidy. It's about understanding how people actually use a space, identifying what's creating friction, breaking an overwhelming project into manageable pieces, and building systems that continue to work after the project is finished.

My professional background has taught me how to take something complicated and make it manageable — how to assess needs, establish priorities, develop a plan, coordinate details, and move a project forward efficiently. At Armonia, I apply those skills on a much more personal scale: your home.
